A chatbot that gets better every month
A chatbot is only as good as what it knows. New products, new prices, new questions from visitors: after a few months without updates, it starts answering โI do not knowโ or, worse, gives outdated information.
Each month we review the conversations and the unanswered questions, update the knowledge base with your news, an expert spends fifteen minutes tuning its behaviour, and you receive a usage report. Credits are taken on delivery.
How it works
You describe what you need to our assistant, by text or by voice. It asks you only the questions that change the result, then writes a short brief that you approve in writing. Credits are reserved when you approve and only taken when the work is delivered. Unused tries go back to your balance. Two rounds of revisions are included within the approved brief.
