This page explains how to ask for the deletion of your Low Cost Web Agency account and of the personal data linked to it, whether you use our website or our Android app โLow Cost Web Agencyโ (developer: Low Cost Web Agency Private Limited).
How to ask for the deletion of your account
- In the app: open the โMeโ tab and tap โDelete my accountโ.
- Or by email: write to nova@lowcostwebagency.com from the email address of your account, with the subject โDelete my accountโ. If you write from another address, tell us how we can check your identity.
We confirm that we have received your request and delete your account within one month at the latest. It is free.
What we delete
- your account: name, email address, password, language and preferences;
- your conversations with the AI assistant and your messages to our team;
- the documents and files you sent us, once any service in progress is finished;
- the appโs installation identifier linked to your messages.
What we keep, and for how long
- Invoices and accounting records: 8 years from the end of the financial year, as required by Indian law.
- Data needed for a dispute or a chargeback in progress: until it is closed and the legal deadlines have expired.
- If you subscribed to our newsletter: only your email address, in a suppression list, so that we never write to you again.
- Security logs: a short period, normally not more than 12 months.
Your credits
If your account still holds credits, use them before asking for its deletion: once the account is deleted, its balance can no longer be used.
Deleting only part of your data
To delete some data without closing your account, for example a conversation or a document, write to the same address. All your rights are described in our Privacy Policy.
