Credits
What is a credit?
One credit is worth €0.10, tax included. Prices are shown in your own currency. The value of a credit never changes and credits never expire.
Why does the number of credits for a job change?
We buy every AI generation from approved providers at the best price on the market and pass that price straight on to you. When the real cost of an engine moves, the number of credits per try moves with it. We check prices every hour and only update our rates when the change is above 5%.
Is my price guaranteed?
Yes. Once you approve your brief, the price is locked for 48 hours. Tries you book in advance are kept at the price of the day you booked them.
How is the price of a deliverable calculated?
Four parts, all shown before you approve: a preparation fee by type of work (text, image, voice, video, report or campaign), the generation itself (per try, depending on the engine), any options you choose, and human time when needed.
Tries
What is a try?
One generation of your deliverable. You choose how many tries you want. Tries booked in advance cost 20% less than tries added afterwards.
What happens to tries I don’t use?
They go back to your balance at the price you paid.
Quality levels
How do I choose which AI is used?
You don’t have to. You pick a quality level, Eco, Standard or Expert AI, and we pick the best engine for that level. Each level has a minimum quality that is never lowered.
Can a human check the work?
Yes. Human proofreading is an option (40 credits), in English, French, Spanish or Italian. Vectorisation, print layout and video editing by an expert are options too.
The brief and approval
What is the brief?
The most important part of your order. You talk to our assistant, by text or by voice. It asks up to three questions that really change the result, then writes a short, plain-language brief: goal, audience, exact format, tone, references, what to avoid, how we will know it is a success, the recommended level and the number of tries.
How do I approve?
In writing, with the “Launch the try” button, which shows the credits the try will use and asks you to confirm. Voice is for talking things through; approval is always written. We keep the text of the brief, the date and time, the credits reserved and your IP address.
Billing
When are my credits used?
Credits are reserved when you launch the try and only taken when the work is delivered: when you download it, publish it or accept it. If you don’t reply within 5 business days after delivery, the work is accepted automatically. The credits of a try you launch are used for good, even if you do not like the result; if something goes wrong on our side, they come back to you automatically.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes. If production has already started, the preparation fee is kept.
Where do I see my balance and my statement?
In My account > My pack: balance, every movement, and a statement you can save as PDF.
Revisions
How many revisions do I get?
Standard: two rounds included. Premium (+50%): unlimited revisions within the approved brief, for up to 30 days.
What is a revision, and what is a new request?
A revision improves the deliverable described in your approved brief. Changing the product or the technology choice along the way is a new request, with its own brief.
Packs
How do packs work?
Credits are sold in prepaid packs, from €49 for 490 credits to €1,900 for 21,850 credits. You pay once, there is no subscription and nothing to cancel. Bigger packs include up to 15% bonus credits.
What happens to credits I don’t use?
Nothing. They stay in your balance and never expire.
Is talking to the assistant included?
Yes, each pack includes a number of messages and minutes of dictation. Beyond it, messages are never charged: the assistant stays available in free mode for 5 minutes per 24 hours, then you can leave a message for our team.
What about yearly website options (domain, hosting, SSL certificates, dedicated IP)?
They renew once a year at the supplier price of the day, taken from your credits. We tell you 30 days before, with the exact amount, and you can stop any renewal from My pack.
Ownership and rights
Who owns what you make?
You do. Your website, your accounts and your deliverables are yours, and you can leave whenever you want.
Can I use the deliverables commercially?
Yes, without limit and without royalties, within the terms of each AI provider. Because an image made entirely by AI may not be protected by copyright, we grant you a full right of use rather than a transfer of copyright.
How are logos delivered?
As vector files (SVG, PDF and PNG), with the fonts and colors listed and an editable source file.
Delivery times
How fast?
Most AI-only deliverables are ready within a few hours of your approval, often faster. Jobs with human expert time take one to three business days. A priority option (+50%) puts your request first, usually under two hours during business hours.
Data and privacy
Where is my data stored?
In the European Union. Transcriptions of your conversations with the assistant are kept only as long as needed to produce and support your orders, then deleted. Remote access to your site is logged. The list of AI providers we use is published in our terms.
Refunds and credit notes
Can I get a refund if I don’t like the result?
No: each try uses AI resources paid per use, so its credits are used. You can ask for a revision or launch a new try. If a deliverable does not match the brief you approved, tell us before you accept it: we fix it or grant you a credit note in credits. Once you have accepted a delivery, it is final: no refund and no new credits.
What happens if production fails?
If a request cannot be produced for a technical reason on our side, the credits reserved are returned to your balance automatically and you receive a message. You have nothing to do.
What is a credit note?
Credits added to your balance as a commercial gesture. They never expire and work like your other credits. They cannot be converted into money.
Can I get my money back for unused credits?
No. Credits are supplied at once, as soon as your payment is confirmed: at checkout you ask for this immediate supply and waive the right of withdrawal. Credits, used or unused, are never refunded in money, and we make no bank transfers. They never expire, so you can use them whenever you want.
Do my credits expire?
No. Credits and credit notes never expire.

Ads
Who pays for advertising on Meta or Google?
You do, directly on your own ad accounts. We never hold your ad budget.
